A Place for the Whole Family
We’ll make sure both you and your dog feel at home at McCaffrey House. Fido usually sleeps in your bed? No problem! Fido can join you in our beds with a complimentary sheet to protect our lovely comforters. Your four-legged family member is also welcome to join us for breakfast on the deck. After finishing breakfast, a walk around our beautiful one acre, fenced yard will get Fido’s morning off to a perfect start.
Pet Friendly Attractions
Our one acre of fenced land is just the beginning of Fido’s outdoor adventure. The McCaffrey House is conveniently located near well-marked trails and gorgeous views. Tuolumne County is filled with hiking trails, rivers, lakes, and Yosemite’s beautiful Tuolumne Meadows. Just a short drive away is the heart of Yosemite National Park, where the whole family can enjoy the great outdoors.
After hitting the trails, head over to Gianelli Vineyards for a wine tasting. Fido’s welcome there too! Railtown 1897 State Historic Park is another great option for your dog-loving family. The Park is home to an authentic, operating railroad roundhouse and offers rides on a real steam locomotive.
The Fine Print
We strive for a relaxing, enjoyable stay for all our guests. For this reason, please be sure Fido is up to date on his shots, flea, and tick care before arriving at McCaffrey House. We also ask that Fido not be left alone in your room and he remain on a leash while in public areas.
